Recently, a good friend and hunting buddy of mine needed to replace his bow string and cable. Which I should note is a good thing to do every 2 - 3 years, especially if you shoot a good amount as my friends and I do. They said, "no problem" and were very helpful and even gave him a ship date. There was a shipping problem, but upon discovering it, they took care of it right away and he had his new string in a matter of just a few days. He could not say enough good things about their customer service and how friendly they were. That being said, he gave them a glowing review and was very pleased with how quickly he got his purchase even with the shipping hiccup. Upon his receiving the new string and having it installed on his bow, I was able to check it out and shot the bow and I must say, it is a very well made string and cable and it is made of high quality materials. After watching strings being made several years back and seeing what happens when they are not made correctly, I must say these folks know quality and are selling a high quality product.
Based off the level of customer service (which is very important to me) and the quality of the product, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new string or cable, and I plan to use them in the future for my own bow string and cable needs as both Amber and I will need new strings in the near future.
